Built in 1940, this Spanish mansion on Hollywood Beach features a 6,000-square-foot beach lounge with beach-side cabanas, a hot tub, sauna, and sundeck. Hollywood Boardwalk restaurants and boutiques are 1 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

A 55-inch flat-screen smart TV with a DVD player and Netflix, fully-equipped kitchen, and iPod docking station are found in all studios and apartments at Villa Sinclair Beach Suites and Spa. A balcony or patio and sofa bed are also included.

Guests of Villa Sinclair can relax in the hot tub or large beachside hammocks. A library, 60-inch outdoor TVs with Netflix, and 4 barbecue facilities are provided. Outdoor film nights with popcorn are offered as well. Jet ski, parasailing, and scooter hires are available on the beach. Red Buddha Bar & Hookah Lounge is available onsite.
